It just means that a function or certain settings are not available based on the current source, settings, or connections. For example, some options may be grayed out if you are currently watching content from an app or external device. Long press the 'Return' key on your remote to exit the program you are in and go back to the menu - all settings should now be available. ~Samsung Advisor

A: AnswerIts pretty weak overall and not much bass or volume unless you crank it way up. Its sad that nice TVs are expecting you to add a soundbar or speakers if you want any good sound. If you have kids and need to be sure you can purchase the VIVO TV Anti-Tip Heavy Duty Dual Cable, Non Tipping Safety Strap Kit for Flat Screen and Furniture Mounting STAND-SK02 $12.99 on Amazon. Excellent Quality and Price
A+ picture quality for a significantly lower price compared to the other 65” TVs! I can’t comment on the audio as I hooked it up to a soundbar we have. The smart features of the TV make it very convenient with the Alexa compatibility. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a big screen without breaking the bank.

honestly this was much bigger than I realistically needed but it’s perfect I love it, the picture is great and it’s easy to set up and have all your favorite streaming apps downloaded

Awesome TV.
Love this tv so far. Awesome picture and easy to use. I am hoping it lasts longer than the TCL Roku TV it replaced. The remote for this tv is small and thin and can be a bit hard to keep up with especially with kids. I like the volume up down toggles. I am not a techy person and the quality may not be high end, I am not sure of the specifications and what some of them mean, I just know its the best picture I have had. I think its a great tv for the price
